Role : Business Development Manager – Business Loans

Key Responsibilities
✅Develop and execute sales strategies to grow SME lending business.
✅Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and sourcing partners .
✅Generate and onboard customers for business loans (₹10–50 Lakhs ticket size) .
✅Deliver impactful sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations .
✅Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams for smooth processing.
✅Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
