New Product Introduction Manager

Key Responsibilities : -

• Program Management

○ Lead NPI projects for multiple water purifier products, ensuring timely execution from concept to launch.

○ Own project timelines, cost targets, and quality metrics across the product lifecycle.

○ Establish clear program governance, stage-gate reviews, and risk management frameworks.

○ Collaborate with R&D, design, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, service, and marketing teams.

○ Align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on product specifications, regulatory standards, and customer requirements.

○ Drive supplier and vendor engagement during development and ramp-up.

○ Ensure DFMA (Design for Manufacturing & Assembly) and DFX principles are integrated early in the design stage.

○ Oversee prototyping, pilot builds, and validation testing (performance, reliability, regulatory compliance).

○ Lead issue tracking and resolution during EVT, DVT, and PVT phases.

○ Establish production readiness with manufacturing teams, including process validation, line setup, and yield improvement.

○ Drive cost optimization through value engineering and supplier development.

○ Ensure smooth handover to operations post-launch.

○ Develop and refine NPI processes, tools, and best practices tailored for consumer appliance development.

○ Track post-launch performance (quality, service feedback, cost metrics) and drive iterative improvements.
