Manager Product Management
As a Manager Product Management , you will take ownership of complex software initiatives, driving product strategy, feature definition, and cross-functional execution. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful, scalable solutions aligned with customer and market needs.
Tasks :
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user expectations
- Translate business needs into clear requirements engineering artifacts, such as feature specifications and user stories
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster alignment across departments
- Apply a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to guide product planning and execution
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data
- Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to shape product vision
- Promote a user-centered and agile mindset within the product team
- Contribute to the evolution of internal product management practices and mentor junior team members
Professional Requirements and Expertise :
9+ years of experience in product management, IT project management, or requirements engineering, ideally within software development environmentsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldProven track record of delivering complex digital products in cross-functional teamsStrong knowledge of the SDLC, agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and product discovery techniquesExperience managing diverse stakeholder groups and aligning them around a shared product visionFamiliarity with logistics or supply chain-related software is a plusDomain experience in Logistics or Supply ChainPersonal Skills :
