JOB DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT MANAGER

The Learning Management System (LMS) Product Manager will take full ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of the LMS. This role requires a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution, ensuring that the LMS meets the needs of end-users while adhering to timelines and delivering a seamless user experience. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including end-users, developers, and Testing Team (Quality Assurance) to ensure the LMS meets organizational needs and delivers an excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

1.       Product Strategy & Roadmap Development :

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for the LMS, aligned with the organization’s educational goals.
• Create and maintain a clear product roadmap with prioritized features and enhancements, considering user feedback and market trends.
• Communicate the roadmap and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives
