Job Description
The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a positive and professional front-office experience. This role involves handling reception duties, managing incoming calls, coordinating office activities, and supporting administrative operations to maintain smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and presentable Always.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and packages.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Coordinate with internal departments for administrative and facility-related tasks.
Maintain records of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Provide basic information to clients or guests and ensure their queries are addressed efficiently.
