A Vice President (VP) or President Commercial
oversees and drives the revenue-generating functions of a company including sales marketing and business development by developing and executing strategies to achieve growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
Develop and implement commercial strategies policies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability.
Team Management :
Lead and coach commercial teams (sales marketing business development) to ensure high performance professional development and a collaborative work environment.
Business Development :
Identify and pursue new business opportunities market trends and strategic partnerships to expand the companys reach.
Financial Oversight :
Manage the commercial budget monitor financial performance against targets and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
Stakeholder Relations :
Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including clients partners and the board of directors.
Market Analysis :
Stay abreast of industry developments competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Executive Collaboration :
Work closely with the President and other senior leaders to set objectives and align commercial initiatives with the companys overall vision and strategic goals.
