Position :   Foundry Manager

Location : Bhilai

Company : Leading Melting & Foundry Shop Unit Specializing in High-Quality Steel Castings & Engineering

Required :  B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering or related field with  5-10 Years

Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily foundry operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety
• Supervise molding techniques, including hand molding and machine molding processes
• Manage the manufacturing of steel castings across various grades (CI / SG / Steel), ensuring precision and quality
• Implement and maintain quality control measures to meet industry standards
• Optimize production workflows for improved productivity and cost efficiency
• Lead and mentor the foundry team, ensuring skill development and adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and address technical challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental policies
