Your Mission

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive (3–5 years' experience) to support hiring across the EST market (USA, Canada, LATAM). This role requires strong expertise in technical recruitment, global sourcing, and stakeholder engagement.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical roles in the EST market.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across roles like Adobe Workfront / Fusion Developers, QA Engineers, Full Stack Developers, System Architects, Data Engineers, Cloud Specialists, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers in the USA, Canada, and LATAM to understand role requirements, skills, and cultural fit.
• Use innovative sourcing strategies to engage both active and passive candidates across North and Latin America.
• Leverage market knowledge to advise on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal experience preferred).
• Meet and exceed targets, SLAs, and hiring deadlines.
