Maritime Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role (you will) :

• Source, screen, and engage seafarers and shore-based professionals for ship management roles.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with technical and crewing departments.
• Manage onboarding documents, verification, and compliance records (STCW, CoC, CDC, etc.).
• Liaise with manning agents, training centers, and internal teams for timely placements.
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives (digital campaigns, maritime events).
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports using Excel / Google Sheets or ATS tools.
