Customer Support Ambassador

A Customer Support Specialist plays a pivotal role in educating potential customers about our product or service, handling inquiries, comments, and complaints, and providing exceptional customer experiences by fostering strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Contact US customers to explain the features of our program.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the classes.
• Participate in training sessions and conduct trial classes.
• Manage client relationships, solicit feedback, and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Establish and expand relationships with clients based in the US and UK.

Desired Candidate Requirements :

This position is ideal for individuals who possess prior experience in customer support and call centers. Knowledge of US localization is highly valued, and an understanding of US accents is a significant advantage.

We offer a Full-time position with a Night Shift (11 PM - 11 AM) and Remote work opportunities, allowing for a better work-life balance.
