Job Responsibilities :
Billing
Do all billing at office as per E-Invoicing rules.
Handle customer queries on GST, e-waybill, and insurance.
Sales Support
customer service when sales team is absent.
Customer Coordination
Manage dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates.
Share invoices, payment details, and required documents on time.
Sales & Finance
Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up on payments.
Handle PDCs and support finance with reconciliation.
Warehouse & Dispatch
Send approved invoices for dispatch.
Coordinate sample dispatch and maintain logs.
CHA & Customs
Liaise with CHA for import / export clearance and share required docs.
Track and update clearance status.
Head Office
Request stock, confirm inventory, and handle urgent escalations.
Reporting
Maintain sales, payment, and dispatch records.
Prepare regular performance and inventory reports.
Job Qualification :
5-10 year experience including gst invoicing and customer support. Prepare regular performance and inventory reports.
