We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design and execution of mission-critical projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in structural analysis, design, and project management. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader who can produce high-quality deliverables, mentor a team, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Structural Design Leadership : Lead the structural design of projects from the conceptual phase through completion, ensuring all requirements are met. This includes the analysis and design of various superstructures and foundations for industrial facilities, as well as steel and concrete buildings.
- Technical Expertise : Review geotechnical reports, vendor drawings, and fabrication drawings. Advise clients on structural requirements to ensure they meet safety codes and operational needs.
- Project & Team Management : Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, monitoring all key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of engineers, supporting manpower planning, and conducting performance appraisals to foster career growth.
- Quality & Safety : Ensure adherence to QA / QC processes and all company and site safety policies.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with other disciplines and stakeholders to develop a clash-free system design .
Qualifications & Skillsets
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a Master's degree in Structural Engineering as a plus.Experience : A minimum of 10–15 years of experience , with a preference for EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project experience.Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills , and the ability to produce accurate work. You must also be a strong team player with excellent people management skills.Personal Attributes : A dynamic personality who is eager to learn and committed to a long-term role.Travel : Willingness to travel to the United States to support inter-departmental initiatives.Skills Required
