Role Summary
- As a Senior Structural Engineer with Structural Dynamics experience at Burns & McDonnell India, you ll serve as a trusted leader on high-profile capital projects. You will offer expert guidance on all aspects related to Structural Dynamics and High Earthquake Engineering solutions from concept to construction, working within an established, highly accomplished department that consistently achieves world-class results.
Key Responsibilities :
Interpret and apply industry standards, guidelines, and codes for project deliverablesReview geotechnical reports and integrate findings into foundation and civil designsDevelop and track work schedules in line with prime contract requirementLead technical discussions with clients and suppliers regarding Dynamic machine foundations / Tabletop foundationPrepare and present detailed reports and analyses for Vibration studiesProvide solutions for structures / foundations in high seismic zoneConduct interdisciplinary quality reviews, focusing on key deliverables (equipment foundations, pipe racks, technological structures, etc.)Visit construction sites, and our offices in the United States to foster collaborationWhat Makes You a Great Fit :

Qualifications
Bachelor s in Civil Engineering or Master s in Structural EngineeringFive (5) to Ten (10) years of structural engineering experience; EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) background is preferredSolid understanding of engineering techniques and codes (e.g., IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7, PIP)Proficiency with Structural software tools (e.g., RISA, STAAD) and strong problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to organize, facilitate teamwork, and drive collaborationFluent in written and spoken English, with experience working on US-based projectsSkills Required
