We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to build and scale strategic alliances with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving ecosystem growth, managing complex partnerships, and enabling revenue through collaborative go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner ecosystem strategy.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic GSIs and ISVs.
- Create joint go-to-market plans with priority partners.
- Design and deliver partner enablement and training programs.
2. Business Development
Drive revenue growth through strategic partner-led channels.Pursue and close enterprise deals, with focus on BFSI and Government sectors.Build joint value propositions and solution offerings with partners.Maintain partner pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting.3. Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives at partner organizations.Collaborate across internal teams for seamless partner engagement.Proactively resolve partner conflicts and ensure long-term satisfaction.4. Technical & Commercial Alignment
Work closely with product and sales teams to design partner-ready solutions.Define partner compensation, incentive, and co-selling frameworks.Create and support partner marketing campaigns and collateral.Skills
