Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships to accelerate market reach.
• Build strong relationships with industry players, banks, fintech platforms, and corporate partners.
• Co-create integrated solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.
• Manage partner performance and ensure targets are met.
• Develop business cases and partnership models that align with SalarySe's vision.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement and deliver partnership outcomes.
• Monitor partnership success metrics and report insights to leadership.

Skillsets Required :

• Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships in Fintech, BFSI, or related sectors.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to develop commercial partnership models.
• Understanding of the UPI ecosystem, payroll products, and B2B solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to execute partnership strategies.
