Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting market research and identifying potential clients.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients such as prop techs, FinTech's and financial institutions, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Establish a systematic process for partner outreach and relationship management.
- Build and develop commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
- Communicate our strategy & value propositions to current and prospective alliance partners
- Complete the required documentation to assist credit team of program partners
- Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that Alliance and Partnership goals are synchronized with organizational goals.
- Negotiate and finalize deals with partners and alliances that benefit the company
- Attend various forums such as trade fairs and networking events on behalf of the company.
- Structure partnerships that drive qualified leads to the sales team and convert them into transactions.
- Strategize newer ways to grow current partnerships.
- Travel for meetings
Key Skills / Requirements
Master's Degree ( Preferred)Experience in Start-up / Fintech / Mortgage Industry with exposure and knowledge of proptechs / real estate Banks or NBFCsSkills Required
