Key Responsibilities :
- Franchise Expansion Strategy : Develop and execute a scalable strategy to expand the franchise network by identifying and engaging with companies interested in franchising opportunities.
- Corporate Partnerships : Initiate and manage relationships with corporates, conglomerates, and B2B partners that align with our franchise growth objectives.
- Deal Structuring & Negotiation : Lead negotiations for partnership and franchise agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with business objectives.
- Market Research & Opportunity Analysis : Identify high-potential sectors and regions for franchise growth.
Conduct competitor analysis and stay abreast of market trends.
Pitching & Representation : Represent the company at industry events, investor meetings, and franchise expos.Develop compelling pitches and presentations.
Internal Collaboration : Work cross-functionally with legal, operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners.Performance Tracking : Set KPIs, track results of partnerships and franchise deals, and adjust strategies based on performance Proven experience in business development, franchising, or strategic partnerships (5+ years preferred)Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution capabilitiesDeep knowledge of franchise business models and legal frameworksStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsExperience working with CXOs and business ownersAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environmentMBA mandate, preferably from Tier 1 or Tier 2 college(ref : iimjobs.com)
