Business Development Manager for event management firm

Role Description

Your main goal will be to identify potential clients, pitch our event management services, and close deals. You'll be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and ensuring project success from initial contact to deal closure.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Ability to strategize, implement, and track sales plans
• Negotiation, Networking, and Communication skills
• Experience in event management and promotional planning
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid setting
• Experience in the media industry is a plus
• Experience or interest in corporate events, exhibitions, or brand activations
• Ready to work part-time and grow with the company

Compensation :

Commission-based only (per project basis) — You earn a percentage after successful event completion.

This role can later be converted into a full-time opportunity based on consistent performance.
