Role Purpose : Grow revenue and market share by acquiring new logos, building and sustaining CXO relationships, and delivering staffing, staff augmentation, and consulting solutions. Lead a team of 3–5 and instill a metrics-driven, high-performance mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for staffing and consulting, focused on new client acquisition and deepening existing accounts.
- Build, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with CXO and senior decision-makers, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Lead and develop a high-performance team of 3–5, fostering rainmaking skills and consultative selling excellence.
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing and renewal, ensuring comprehensive CRM documentation and activity tracking.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and margin targets; report progress via dashboards and metric-driven presentations.
- Ensure rigorous due diligence on all client engagements, contracts, and compliance requirements.
- Streamline and optimize lead management, proposals, and deal closures using CRM and sales tools.
- Drive perseverance within the team to overcome obstacles and deliver scalable, repeatable growth.
Mandatory Qualifications :
5–8 years in business development with proven experience in staffing, staff augmentation, or consulting sales.Demonstrated expertise in acquiring new logos and building lasting client relationships at the CXO level.Hands-on proficiency with leading CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for pipeline management, reporting, and sales automation.Strong skills in sales reporting, data-driven metrics, and pipeline analytics.Sound business judgment—thorough and systematic due diligence on all opportunities.Relentless perseverance and strong follow-through in a competitive environment.
