IT Director

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our dynamic and growing IT teams in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will oversee local site support, service desk, Network Operating Center (NOC); as well as global teams supporting infrastructure services, app development, data and analytics, and cloud engineering. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong technical background, capable of driving technology strategy and ensuring the delivery of high-quality IT services to support our business objectives.

Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Strategy : Provide strategic direction for all aspects of the IT department. Develop and execute IT strategies that align with the company's business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Team Management : Lead and mentor IT teams across various domains, including site support, service desk, NOC, infrastructure, data and analytics, systems administration, and cloud engineering. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing culture.
• Service Delivery : Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services that meet the needs of the business. Oversee the service desk and NOC operations to ensure they are responsive and effective.
• Infrastructure and Cloud Engineering : Lead the development and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure and cloud computing resources, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Data and Analytics : Oversee the management and strategy for data analytics and business intelligence. Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and security to support decision-making processes.
• Systems Administration : Ensure the effective management, maintenance, and support of all IT systems and applications.
• Project Management : Plan and oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Implement project management best practices to manage scope, risk, and stakeholders.
• Compliance and Security : Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Develop and maintain a robust IT security framework to protect company data and assets.
