Highlight the incidents which may lose SLA in next 24 hours
Highlight the aging and backlog tickets and work with stakeholders to resolve blocker
Drive Service Improvements
Audit incident data and process on quarterly basis
Publish Incident trends

ITIL V3 / V4 certification is ideal but we are okay with ITIL skilled resources. Proven experience in a network administrator role
Hands on experience in networking, routing and switching
Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure
Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired
Ability to set up and configure server hardware
Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking

Good understanding of the SQL database architecture.
Good knowledge on backup & recovery
Expertise on Database security
Support day to day operations and managing databases in Physical and virtual environments.

Expertise on high availability concepts clustering, always on and DAG.
Expertise in Database performance monitoring and query tuning
Experience on PowerShell or shell scripting is an added advantage
Expertise in SQL troubleshooting and error handling
SQL server Database Installation, Migration, Upgrade and Patching.
Hands on experience on monitoring tool Solar Winds.
Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. SHIFT- 24
7Rotational week offsExp range- 2-4 yrs
2 Yrs Project exp is a must barring training / internship experiences. Educational Requirements Graduate
