Job descriptionA successful candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in technical support or a similar position. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, with a solid understanding of network protocols. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is highly preferred. Willingness to learn new technologies to keep up with the evolving technical landscape.
Responsibilities :
- The TSO will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to technical support, collaboratively engaging with team members to ensure service excellence.
- The role includes identifying and resolving technical issues, performing routine system checks, and documenting troubleshooting processes for future reference.
- Deliver technical assistance via multiple communication channels, ensuring users receive timely solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and address recurring issues.
- Monitor and analyze trends in support requests to develop proactive solutions.
- Contribute to the training and development of junior support staff, ensuring skill enhancement and knowledge sharing.
