Senior Salesforce Developer (Agentforce)

Requirement :

4+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a strong focus on customization, integrations, and automation.

Proven experience working with AgentForce or similar field service management solutions is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce data model design, workflows, process builder, and flows.

Hands-on experience with integration tools like REST / SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or middleware platforms.

Familiarity with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permissions.

Experience with version control tools such as Git.

Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I / II, Administrator).

Experience in customizing Salesforce for logistics, field operations, or workforce management.

Exposure to Salesforce DX, automated testing frameworks, or CI / CD pipelines.
