• Develop and maintain Salesforce components using Apex , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flow Builder
• Build and customize portals and digital experiences using Experience Cloud
• Enhance and support Service Cloud functionality, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Service Console
• Configure and manage Salesforce Knowledge , including article types, approval processes, and content lifecycle
• Implement and support CI / CD pipelines using tools like Copado , Gearset , or Bitbucket Pipelines
• Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices
• Collaborate closely with business analysts, admins, and architects to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
• Document solutions and technical specifications in alignment with project standards
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team membersRequired Skills & Qualifications :
• 4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex , LWC , SOQL / SOSL , and REST / SOAP API integrations
• Experience with Experience Cloud , Service Cloud , and Salesforce Knowledge
• Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
• Exposure to CI / CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong communication skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in Agile / Scrum environments
• Optional : Experience with or knowledge of AgentforcePreferred Certifications :
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (required)
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (preferred)
• Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant (preferred)
• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant (nice to have)
