Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Agentforce Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Agentforce architecture, deployment, and operations, with strong hands-on experience in Windows-based agent deployment and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Agentforce configurations and workflows across cloud (e.g., Salesforce platforms) and on-premises environments.
• Ensure optimal deployment architecture following Agentforce best practices.
• Perform Windows-based agent deployments, updates, and troubleshooting.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline agent onboarding, configuration updates, and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to :

1. Policy pushes

2. Data collection

3. Server-agent communication
