Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 4+ years of experience and a strong focus on customization and integrations. The ideal candidate will be an expert in the Salesforce platform, with a proven track record of developing and deploying robust solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs. This role requires hands-on experience with Agentforce or similar field service management solutions and a solid understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance applications that enhance our business operations and field service capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customization and Development : Design, develop, and maintain advanced customizations on the Salesforce platform, utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Integration : Develop and manage integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, or middleware platforms, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Automation : Implement business process automation using Salesforce Flows and other native automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Solution Design : Contribute to the design of the Salesforce data model, ensuring it is scalable, efficient, and aligns with business requirements.
• Code Quality & Best Practices : Participate in code reviews and ensure the developed solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, security standards, and maintainability.
• Lifecycle Management : Work within an agile framework, using version control tools like Git to manage the software development lifecycle from development to deployment.
• Problem Solving : Use strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective, timely solutions.
