Requirement8+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce.com , using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant, and the use of these tools with Salesforce.comAt least 1.5 years of experience in Salesforce LWC (Lightning Web Components)Hands-on experience with customization (Apex Triggers, Classes, Visual Force & Flows)Strong with configuration, customization, programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Flows, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & DashboardsExperience in org / data migration projects from legacy systems to SalesforceExpertise in data migration tools and techniquesFamiliarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are requiredPlans, designs, develops and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementationsCollaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing, and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platformAnalyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in the resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applicationsExperience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licensesStrong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patternsWork closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensure the quality of deliverables from the teamExperience with MuleSoft is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCertifications : Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is required.
