Summary :

As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, serving as the primary point of contact. You will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure application requirements are met, oversee the development process, and provide guidance to team members. Your role includes problem-solving, aligning solutions with organizational goals, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Utilize influencing and advisory skills to guide team and project decisions.
• Take responsibility for decisions within the team and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and understanding.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
