We are seeking a highly skilled Manager - CAE / FEA with specialized expertise in aluminum die casted parts , specifically utilizing GDC (Gravity Die Casting) and LPDC (Low-Pressure Die Casting) processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with leading 3D modeling and simulation software, driving material cost improvements through advanced analysis and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- CAE / FEA Analysis : Lead and execute CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) for aluminum die casted parts produced via GDC and LPDC processes.
- Software Proficiency : Utilize and manage projects using various 3D modeling software such as CATIA, Pro / E, NX , and SolidWorks . You will also be proficient in simulation software like HyperWorks, LS-Dyna, Ansys , and VPG .
- Cost Optimization : Drive initiatives for material cost improvement through design optimization and simulation-driven insights.
- Collaboration : Work closely with design, manufacturing, and R&D teams to integrate simulation results into the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications
Proven experience in CAE / FEA with a focus on aluminum die casted parts .In-depth knowledge of GDC and LPDC processes.Hands-on experience with leading 3D modeling software ( CATIA, Pro / E, NX, SolidWorks ).Expertise in simulation software ( HyperWorks, LS-Dyna, Ansys, VPG ).Demonstrated ability to achieve material cost improvement through engineering analysis.Skills
