Job descriptionCoordinate and manage the founder's calendar, including scheduling and following up on meetings. Assist with internal and external communication. Track meeting action items and ensure timely follow-ups. Support day-to-day operational tasks and team coordination. Assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Currently pursuing or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision. Able to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus. Hands-on experience working closely with the founder. Opportunity to develop organizational and operational skills. Stipend of ₹2500 per month. Flexible working hours and a fully remote role.
