About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic and eager-to-learn Operations Intern to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on role where you will be the backbone of our daily operations, providing crucial support to ensure a seamless customer experience. You will gain practical exposure to core business functions including customer service, feedback management, and logistics support.

This internship offers a strong potential for a full-time job offer based on exceptional performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct customer feedback calls to gather insights and improve our service quality.

Monitor and oversee the customer support inbox, ensuring timely and effective responses to queries.

Identify, track, and follow up on abandoned checkouts to recover lost sales opportunities.

Assist with daily operational and logistical tasks as assigned.

Compile and report data on customer feedback and support metrics.

Qualifications & Skills we are looking for :

A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

0 to 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Strong phone etiquette and confidence in speaking with customers.

A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.

Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

What We Offer :

A monthly stipend of ₹8,000 - ₹10,000.

Potential for a full-time Pre / Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation.

Workdays : Monday to Saturday.
