Founder's office Associate Intern

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and motivated intern to join the Founder’s Office at Defy Aerospace. This is not a typical internship; you’ll get exposure to real business challenges, strategic thinking, and execution across multiple functions. If you have a solid foundation in business concepts and are hungry to learn by doing, we want to hear from you.

This internship comes with the opportunity for a full-time role based on performance and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in researching and drafting business proposals, pitch decks, and internal strategy documents

Support go-to-market planning and outreach activities for new business verticals

Work on internal coordination and help track cross-functional projects

Conduct market and competitor research to support decision-making

Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and follow-up trackers for founder-led initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

Recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field

Strong grasp of basic business concepts (marketing, operations, strategy, communication)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized, self-driven, and eager to take ownership

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
