At least 8 years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Advertising agency. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners. Experience in handling media releases across various mediums (print, radio, tv, outdoor, etc.). Have good contacts with media houses. MBA / MCA / Graduates in Marketing field. Marketing & Advertising plans Brand Building Media Campaign & Releases Coordination with Media Companies

- Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Prepare a detailed advertising plan, brief the agency & ensure effective implementation of the various components of the plan.
- Plan outdoor hoardings & signage on the basis of the size, type of signage, position etc.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
