We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee our administrative operations, ensuring efficient processes and a well-organized office environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to maintain a productive work environment.
- Coordinate communication between departments and facilitate meetings.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the administrative department.
- Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing training and support as needed.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.7-8 years of experience in administrative management or related roles.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Familiarity with budgeting and financial management.LOCATION : LBS MARG VIKHROLI NEAR KANJURMARG
