Assistant Manager - O365 Admin

Job descriptionB E / B Tech / B A / B Sc in Computer Science or equivalent Years of experience At least 6 years of hands-on experience in administering Microsoft / Office 365 environments. Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Hybrid AD , Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation and troubleshooting. Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices. Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, AZ-104) are a plus.
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Manage and administer the full Microsoft 365 suite – Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, and Azure AD.
- Ensure smooth operation, configuration, security, and performance of M365 services across the organization.
- Handle user provisioning, license management, and access controls.
- Manage policies, compliance settings, and security configurations including MFA, DLP, and Conditional Access.
- Support M365-related incidents, service requests, and end-user issues.
- Collaborate with Infra Support team / partners, security and compliance teams for audits, governance, and reporting.
- Drive adoption of M365 tools, including training and documentation for end users.
- Monitor system health, apply patches, and coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.
