Automate security and infrastructure processes including IP-range updates, Named Credential management, and TLS / JWT flows.

Data Cloud & Agentforce Innovation

Design Data Clean Rooms and enrichment pipelines for compliant 2nd- and 3rd-party data usage in life sciences.

Implement conversation-aware Agentforce bots , enabling compliant, secure patient and customer interactions.

Integrate external vector stores and AI models for smarter, context-rich Salesforce automations.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
