Salesforce Architect - Lightning Component Framework

Salesforce Architect :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and CPQ to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

You will provide overall architecture and design guidance across multiple projects or large complex implementations, collaborating closely with business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide overall architecture and design leadership for Salesforce implementations across multiple projects or large complex projects under the guidance of a lead Architect.
• Architect and lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize business and functional requirements, translating them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Create prototypes and proofs of concept to validate and refine solution requirements.
• Map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities, identifying when custom development is necessary.
• Architect and deliver robust data models supporting project and business needs across Salesforce clouds / products.
• Lead or participate in project scoping, sizing, and prioritization efforts.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure platform scalability and reliability.
• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and DevOps CI / CD practices.
• Drive solution delivery by resolving architectural roadblocks and facilitating cross-team discussions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on Salesforce architecture standards and best practices.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Force.com platform capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture track certifications and best practices.
