Must Have :

• 6+ years of experience, including at least 3 years working within the Salesforce Ecosystem (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP), Agentforce, and Experience Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of Salesforces MarTech stack, including data modeling, segmentation, profile unification, and automation within SFMC & Data Cloud
• Experience configuring connectors for inbound and outbound data flows in Salesforce Data Cloud & SFMC
• Hands-on experience with APEX, LWC, integration patterns (Mulesoft, REST / SOAP APIs), and security best practices
• Expertise in designing solutions that scale across Salesforce Clouds, ensuring automation and high performance
• Experience leading technical teams in successful CDP & SFMC implementations
