Salesforce Architect

Job Overview As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing the technical aspects of our Salesforce solutions.

This includes developing a comprehensive understanding of our business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure the Salesforce platform is optimized for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Your role will involve creating technical plans, designing system architecture, and overseeing the implementation of these plans.

You will also be expected to troubleshoot any technical issues and provide guidance to the development team.

Responsibilities Design and implement Salesforce solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and goals.

Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.

Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user interface and user experience.

Provide technical leadership to the team, including mentoring junior developers and leading code reviews.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud - OmniChannel : The candidate must have a deep understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and its OmniChannel capabilities.

This includes the ability to design, develop, and implement solutions using this platform. Expertise in Salesforce Integration Services

The candidate should have a strong background in integrating Salesforce with other systems using various integration patterns and platforms.

Mastery of Salesforce LWC : The candidate must have extensive experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) for Salesforce. This includes the ability to create custom, reusable components and improve the user interface.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or Salesforce Architect certification would be a plus.

Preferred Skills Testing : Experience in creating and executing test plans, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing. Coding : Proficiency in coding languages such as Apex, Visualforce, and JavaScript. Project Management : Experience in managing projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Salesforce Marketing Cloud : Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its functionalities. Data Migration : Experience in data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce. Salesforce CPQ : Understanding of Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and its implementation. Salesforce Mobile : Experience in developing mobile solutions using Salesforce Mobile SDK. Salesforce DX : Familiarity with Salesforce DX and its use for continuous integration and delivery. Salesforce Einstein : Knowledge of Salesforce Einstein and its AI capabilities. Salesforce Pardot : Understanding of Salesforce Pardot and its use for B2B marketing automation.
