Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and flexible technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Design data models, security models, and integration architectures between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Manage solution documentation, data migration strategies, and system scalability.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to recommend relevant enhancements.

Required Technical Skills :

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
  • Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce integrations using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware tools

    • (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

  • Sound understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and deployment processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data modeling, and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies.

    • Must-Have Qualifications :

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect (or higher preferred).
  • Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations or large-scale CRM transformation

    • projects.

  • Strong communication and client-facing skills for requirement gathering and solution

    • presentation.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience with Einstein Analytics, Tableau CRM, or AI-driven Salesforce tools.
  • Knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Understanding of data governance and compliance (GDPR, SOC2).
