About Our Role
We are seeking a skilled Psychometrician to join our team of experts in talent assessment solutions. With a focus on AI-driven innovation, you will design and improve our assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects for clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop innovative psychometric processes using generative AI tools to optimize data analysis and test development.
- Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.
- Design and integrate AI-based programs to create personalized assessment feedback for clients.
