About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in the hospitality industry to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring we build a skilled and passionate workforce that aligns with our company culture.
Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle – from understanding manpower requirements, creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Sourcing & Networking : Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job portals, , industry referrals, campus partnerships, and social media) to attract and engage top talent across diverse industries, ensuring the right cultural and role fit for the organization.
- Employer Branding : Collaborate with marketing / HR teams to promote the company as an employer of choice within the hospitality sector.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management : Maintain an updated talent pool database for future hiring needs.
- Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Process Improvement : Contribute ideas to improve recruitment strategies, reduce time-to-hire, and enhance quality of hires.
- Compliance : Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field. MBA in HR preferred.Experience : 2– 4 years of talent acquisition / recruitment experience, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotels, F&B, co-living, tourism).Skills :
Strong knowledge of hospitality job roles and skill requirements.Proficiency with ATS platforms, HRIS tools, and MS Office.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to handle multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment.Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
