- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the right fit, right on time .
- Build strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing methods (because job portals are just the beginning!).
- Be the face of Thrillophilia to candidates and ensure an outstanding hiring experience.
- Track and share recruitment metrics to continuously improve efficiency.
🧭 What we’re looking for :
