Role Overview
The TA Lead will be responsible for executing and scaling hiring strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and leading a team of recruiters to achieve aggressive hiring goals. This role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and strategic thinking to ensure that AiSensy attracts top-tier talent across tech, product, marketing, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and build quarterly hiring plans.
- Create and own Talent Acquisition OKRs, aligned with business objectives.
- Develop sourcing strategies for tech, non-tech, and leadership hiring.
- Benchmark industry best practices for recruitment in the SaaS and startup ecosystem.
2. Recruitment Execution
Drive end-to-end hiring process : job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.Implement data-driven hiring practices to track metrics such as TAT (Time to Hire), quality of hire, and cost per hire.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.Partner with department heads to define JD clarity, interview panels, and evaluation frameworks.3. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.Set clear performance metrics and create a culture of accountability and excellence.4. Process & Systems
Build robust recruitment processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.Implement and manage recruitment tools like ATS, AI-powered sourcing, and candidate tracking systems.Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding experiences.5. Employer Branding
Partner with the marketing team to amplify AiSensy’s employer brand across platforms like , AngelList, etc.Develop initiatives to attract top talent, including campus drives, hackathons, referral programs, and networking events.Required Qualifications
Experience : 6–10 years in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years leading a team.Proven experience in high-growth startups or SaaS companies.Strong knowledge of tech hiring (engineers, product managers, data analysts).Hands-on experience with ATS systems, Recruiter, and AI sourcing tools.Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.
