Role & responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customer to explain project details and plans whenever required.
- Provide weekly training sessions for Tele-calling executives, focusing on project updates, price changes, and upcoming projects.
- Attending customer site visits and ensure that those leads are converted into sales.
- Manage warm leads generated from outbound calls, ensuring follow-up communication with customer to understand their project preferences and timelines.
- Coordinate with the inbound team to receive leads after 41 days, transferring them to the outbound team for direct sales.
- Handle customer queries and requests, including those related to project details and booking procedures.
- Monitor Tele-calling executives' performance, including the number of calls made daily and the quality of interactions with customers.
- Prepare weekly reports on telecaller performance and field sales targets and achievements.
- Set targets for field sales executives and seek approval before commitment.
- Collaborate with the direct sales team to resolve any disputes over customer ownership and provide necessary justification.
- Initiate sales processes for leads received after the 42nd day, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure.
- Handle external calls and referrals outside of the CRM system, providing assistance to customers and directing them to the appropriate sales channels.
- Prepare cost sheets and support negotiation processes for project sales as required.
- Train and mentor Tele-calling executives on effective communication and appointment scheduling for site visits.
- Ensure a balanced workload between Tele-calling and field sales teams, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
- Continuously evaluate and refine telemarketing strategies to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
- Foster collaboration between Tele-calling and field sales teams to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough documentation and reporting on all sales activities and outcomes.
