We’re seeking a strategic and data-driven leader to head Digital Growth & Lead Generation across NxtWave’s products. The role involves leading channel managers, optimizing multi-channel budgets, and driving consistent, scalable lead generation to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Align offline lead generation targets with business goals, coordinating with sales teams and channel managers on budget allocation and region-wise lead volume planning.
- Build and execute state-wise and city-wise BTL plans for school, college, and community outreach.
- Design scalable on-ground campaigns including education fairs, career guidance seminars, and roadshows.
- Manage zonal and state marketing managers, on-ground ops leads across multiple states.
- Oversee the execution of offline initiatives, including educational events, workshops, seminars, partnerships, and campus / community outreach programs.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, ROI, lead quality, and conversion rates, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
- Ensure accurate tracking and analysis of offline channel performance using CRM and analytics tools.
- Coordinate with lead qualification and sales leadership to ensure smooth lead handover, clear communication, and alignment on lead follow-up processes.
- Mentor and develop managerial talent within the offline lead generation team, fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and performance excellence.
- Provide training, tools, and resources to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of field teams.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 8 years of experience on a PAN India level in offline marketing and at least 3 years of experience closely leading at least two offline channels or a similar team leading role.Strong people management skills, especially in high-volume, high-velocity environments.Proven ability to build and implement scalable processes and systems.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. .Why Join Us :
