Job descriptionDrive strategic instore promotions and impactful outstore campaigns. Ensure proper execution of promotional plans at the store level. Coordinate with brands for co-branded promotions, schemes, NPL (New Product Launches), and seasonal offers. Handle all marketing tie-ups and collaboration for brand promotions. Manage branding assets including sign boards handling new installations, replacements, and issue resolution. Lead the design, creation, and upload of engaging digital content across all platforms (social media, website, email campaigns). Work with designers and agencies to align content with product / category objectives. Develop and execute launch plans for new store openings, ensuring maximum buzz and footfall. Plan and implement in-store activities to drive walk-ins, conversions, and community engagement. Prepare a comprehensive event and campaign calendar to ensure consistent branding and sales growth throughout the year. 4 - 8 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail / consumer electronics. Strong grasp on both digital and traditional marketing channels. Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills. Proficiency in managing vendors, creatives, and campaign performance. Creative thinking and data-driven mindset.
