To supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities including HSE management.
2) To prepare Estimates, Bill of Quantities,Resources based on Productivity data, Certification of Contractors Bills.
3) To implement QA / QC procedures, Prepare Method Statements including inspection and test plans.
4) Ensure QA / QC Requirements as per Tender documents and approved quality plans.
5) To manage contractual correspondence, raise and settle contractual claims with respect to cost and time.
6) Prepare and manage the schedule of the works.
7) Conducting review meetings for progress of work.
