We are seeking a skilled Project Manager Civil to oversee and manage various civil engineering projects in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
