Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Engineering Manager to lead our AWS infrastructure and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) initiatives.

This role requires a seasoned leader with a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure setup, management, and optimization on AWS.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year, multi-million dollar migration and infrastructure projects, demonstrating both technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, reliable, and secure AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Drive multi-year migration initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and enforce best practices for cloud architecture, SRE processes, automation, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Development, and Security teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with business needs.
• Serve as a hands-on manager, actively contributing to platform architecture, automation, and deployment processes.
• Mentor and grow engineering teams, fostering a culture of reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident response procedures to ensure high availability and system resilience.

Must Have Skills :

Good to Have in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
